|Description:||Improved control over its predecessor this Kart racing sim can be run in two modes 2D and 3D. In 2D mode the view is overhead like in Micro Machines whilst in 3D mode the view is from the cockpit. The game also included many tweeks and improvements over the original and gave around 50 fps on a vanilla A1200. A game which I have only recently tried out, I must say I was rather impressed by it and would certainly recommend it to fans of the genre.|
|CD32||YES (but see comments)|
The game's graphics can look odd when run on emulators or gfx cards due
to the method which was used being optimized for display on normal Amiga
display devices (i.e. a TV). It doesn't make the game unplayable just rather
garish to look at.
The game was released in 2 versions (3 disks or 1 CD). To run direct from the CD version you require more than 2Mb RAM so this version can only be used on an expanded CD32 with extra RAM fitted. This same limitation applies to A1200s unless installed to HD.
