This was to have been an RPG, based on a Dave Gibbons graphic novel of the
same name and a provisional film. The proposed Terry Gilliam film was later
cancelled and as Ocean had only discussed but not signed any licence for
the rights they dropped the project. In 1992 Gary Bracey (Ocean) stated
that it had probably been over-ambitious as the game would really only
have suited later CD formats not the standard 16 bits they were then
developing for. Interestingly the film is now back in production
(IMDB) and is scheduled
for a 2009 release.
