All attempts to contact the Publisher, Audiogenic, for their permission have gone unanswered. It is therefore assumed that there are no objections to distribution from said publisher. Under provisos of UK copyright law copyright for this game (which has not been actively published by Audiogenic for a period in excess of 2 years) has likely fully returned to the original author.
