Using hands and feet will be your main offense and defence.

Power Jab  - Fire.
Power Kick - Fire while pushing forward.

That's about it...

I think you get 4 lives and 3 continues and a large energy bottle. On your way you will find; keys, bottles of refills for energy and some other helpful items.
