The controls to the "STOLEN HEART" are as follows:

Up    = move up
Down  = move down
Left  = move left
Right = move right
Fire  = Fire your current weapon

Additional Controls

P     = pause
SPACE = toggle score on and off
ESC   = destroy all your ships

It is generally agreed that the use of a joystick with optional autofire will make your life easier and give the kariotides a real headache! We would like to point out that the true master of cardiaxx will have NO use for such devices.

GAME OBJECTIVE

Your objective is to blast you way thought the different levels and deep space zones, finally defeating the Kariote guardians. Listen to your computer as it warns you of your next threat and informs you of useful bonuses obtained. some alien squadrons must be totally destroyed before progression in the level is possible while with others the object is merely to survive.

Along the bottom of the screen are several indicators, from left to right they are:
